About Me
My name is Mary and I am the owner and primary therapist at Kalea Holistic Therapies.
I’m originally from Scotland and have lived in Omagh for almost four years. From the moment I moved to Omagh I knew I had found my home. I’ve been welcomed into the community with open arms and I’m so grateful to call Omagh my home.
Previously to holistic therapies I was a chef for thirteen years working in hotels and restaurants in England, Scotland and Australia. I decided in my early twenties to go solo travelling around Asia and Australia where my interest in a slower and more holistic approach for life was born. And so at the age of 29 I took the plunge and went back into education to study massage therapy and reflexology.
My biggest passions in life are travel, community, food and wellbeing. I’m a busy dog mum and when I’m not massaging you can usually find me at the dog park or bare foot in the forest on mini adventures.
I opened Kalea Holistic Therapies two years ago, specialising in relaxing, holistic massage, aromatherapy and reflexology designed to encompass the body, mind and soul. I believe that no two people are the same and so no two treatments are the same. Each treatment is tailored to you on the day.
Your time and space is my priority – I truly believe in the beneficial power of being able to switch off from the day to day and allowing yourself to be immersed in total relaxation.
Mary ☺️
